So you need to ask yourself:

What is my goal?

  • A training program designed for specific sport/goal
  • Warm-Is it to get faster? Bigger? Stronger? Leaner?
  • Do I want to run a marathon?
  • Compete in powerlifting?
  • Or is it to simply challenge myself?

Finding your ‘focus end point‘ is, obviously, the first and most important factor in determining the steps you need to take…
